By accessing and using SENDYB (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and SENDYB. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
SENDYB is a universal virtual basket service that allows users to:
- Collect products from any e-commerce site
- Organize their purchases in virtual baskets
- Share their baskets with other users
- Track price changes and availability
- Access analytics of their shopping habits
Important: SENDYB is a collection and organization service. We do not sell products or process payments.
Account Creation:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for the security of your password
- Only one account per person is allowed
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Respect the rights of other users
Permitted Uses:
- Personal and non-commercial use
- Sharing baskets with family and friends
- Using the provided browser extension
Prohibited Uses:
- Commercial use without authorization
- Automated scraping or mass data collection
- Attempts to bypass security measures
- Sharing illegal or inappropriate content
- Using bots or automated scripts
Our Rights:
SENDYB, its logo, features and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute our content without permission.
Your Rights:
You retain all rights to the content you add to your baskets. By using our service, you grant us a license to process and display this content.
Important Clause: SENDYB is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
- We do not guarantee continuous service availability
- We are not responsible for pricing errors on third-party sites
- We are not responsible for data loss due to technical issues
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
Termination by User:
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Termination by SENDYB:
We may suspend or terminate your account in case of:
- Violation of these terms of service
- Fraudulent or malicious activity
- Extended inactivity (more than 2 years)
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
In case of conflict between the French and English version of these terms, the French version shall prevail.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or through an in-app notification.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
